Walk-in visitors are welcome Monday through Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00 at 9 Corniche el-Nil Street, opposite the mid-Corniche promenade near several felucca mooring points. Look for the turquoise signage reading Museum Quick Aswan Desk. Sunday visits require email appointment because field editors may be on verification walks at Shellal or Abu Simbel road checkpoints.

If we miss your call during a busy cruise turnaround morning, leave a message with dates and plan tier—we return calls same day when possible. Email [email protected] suits travellers already abroad who cannot call Egyptian mobile rates cheaply.

We do not accept unsolicited tour operator partnerships through this form. Trade inquiries should subject-line "B2B" so we route separately from traveller requests.

Before you write

Gather approximate arrival and departure times for Aswan, your hotel district (east Corniche, station area, or west bank), and whether Abu Simbel sits on your list. If you travel by Nile cruise, note ship name and ashore hours—we align plans with gangway policies. Mention dietary needs only if you want Corniche restaurant suggestions embedded in the route sheet.

Payment for planning tiers occurs after we confirm scope by email reply; we issue ETA-compliant invoices with VAT number 826-413-758 for business travellers. We accept bank transfer and in-office cash in EGP; card terminal available weekdays until 16:30.

Response times and languages

Correspondence in English or Arabic; route PDFs default English with Arabic driver cards. French or German summaries available on Coordinator tier upon request— allow extra delivery day.
