After you submit the contact form, we confirm scope by email and send payment instructions. Invoices display Museum Quick Aswan Desk LLC, GAFI registry 531672, and ETA VAT 826-413-758. Business travellers can request English-language PDF invoices with line-item VAT breakdown.

Bank transfer details are issued per request to reduce fraud— we never publish account numbers on this website. In-office payment at 9 Corniche el-Nil Street accepts cash in EGP and card via terminal until 16:30 weekdays. Can I upgrade from Nile Explorer to Island Runner after paying?

Yes, before we deliver your PDF. We credit the Nile Explorer fee toward Island Runner and invoice the difference.

How many revisions are included?

Nile Explorer includes no formal revision after delivery. Island Runner includes one revision for hotel or date changes. Aswan Coordinator includes two revision rounds.

Does Aswan Coordinator book Abu Simbel convoys?

We provide coordination notes and licensed operator referrals but do not sell convoy seats or operate vehicles ourselves.
